The location of the Small House is excellent, being close to town and easily accessible. the house itself has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with a lovely seating area in the yard. the owner is very responsive and goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.
Taking out the garbage and paying a fee for disposal can be inconvenient.

The Small House was like a home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy terrace. It made me feel like a domestic goddess, even if I barely know how to boil an egg.
I enjoyed feeling like a glamorous housewife, but the lack of a personal chef was a major disappointment.

the small house in listowel is a home away from home. central location, free parking, and everything you could possibly need provided. accommodating owner and a welcoming bottle of wine. felt like somewhere we would visit again and again.

The Small House offers spacious accommodations with a full kitchen, open-plan living and dining room, and a terrace - perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal with a view. During our stay, we prepared a feast fit for royalty in the well-equipped kitchen, and our dinner on the terrace felt like a scene from a movie.

We had a fantastic 5-day family stay at The Small House. It felt like a perfect home from home with plenty of space for all of us, even with 2 teenagers! Breda, the host, was superb and provided so many items that made our stay easy and enjoyable. The welcome pack and booklet on local activities were greatly appreciated. The parking was convenient, and everything was within walking distance. We highly recommend The Small House to friends and family. Don't miss John B Keanes pub for craic and a pint and Halo Health for healthy lunches. Thanks, Breda, hope to return someday.
